RSDB, the biggest Dutch printinghouse, announces that it terminated discussions with a foreign industrial party, held during the last ten months. The talks were to result in a delisting of the shares of RSDB.

At a seminar on ‘Publishers and POD’, last month in Bussum (The Netherlands), speakers followed up on a 2005 KPMG-report, claiming that 63 percent of Dutch publishers intends to be involved in the Publishing and/or Printing On Demand-business by 2007. At the same time, only 23 percent of them already were.
