Dutch printers need to prepare succession

The Royal Dutch Graphic Arts Employers Federation (KVGO) presented its Annual Report last month, themed ‘Changing Guards’. KVGO, well over 100 years old, has got its finances in balance again and is looking forward to a good future. It reminded its members however, being for a large part well over 55 years old, to do the same. Research made it clear that 25 percent of them only starts deciding on succession just one year before retiring. And some 10 percent does not take any action at all, wich most of the times means ‘End Of Story’.
